Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated through the shopping cart, and relate not only to actual postage but also packaging and handling. We are always trying to keep these costs at an absolute minimum and pass the saving onto you. 

Orders are usually shipped within one working day from the date of cleared payment, this time may vary in busy times. Whilst we stock 95% of all items listed on our web site some items may be out of stock. You will be advised of this on receipt of your checkout order by separate email. In most cases it is possible to obtain these items within 5 working days. Should we have a problem with the sourcing of your product we will keep you informed.

A tax invoice is issued with all goods. 

Australian Shipping - Within Australia, orders usually arrive within three working days from shipment. We deliver via Australia Post and please note that this estimated delivery time is based on normal delivery by Australia Post. Delays can occur. We strongly recommend that you take the option of registered insured post to ensure delivery. We are not liable for unregistered items missing in transit, but follow up all problems with Australia Post. All claims for "Lost in Transit" orders will only be dealt with after 14 days from the date of shipment and it is recommended you contact your local post office first.

International Shipping - Orders to other countries are sent via air mail. Delivery times are dependent upon your location and customs issues in your country. Shipments outside Australia are at the buyers risk. However, we will always use our best endeavours to assist in any package that has not arrived. All packages sent overseas are packaged accordingly. Customs Duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns - 100% satisfaction guarantee

If for any reason you're not 100% happy with your purchase, for any reason, simply return it to us and we will refund your purchase cost. No questions asked. But we would would like you to tell us if you have a problems with any item or our service.

Some rules must apply.

The goods must be return to us within 14 days (28 days for international purchases) from the date of shipment. Goods must be in their original packaging where practical and be undamaged or show no signs of wear in any way. Shipping costs to return products are at the buyers expense. Faulty products are replaced free of charge where possible. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless it is found the goods are faulty in which case we will refund these costs where we are unable to replace the goods.
